The Global Wellbeing Lab 2.0: Transforming Society and the Economy
The Global Wellbeing Lab is a joint learning and action platform hosted by the Boston-based Presencing Institute, Germany’s GIZ Global Leadership Academy1 , and the Gross National Happiness Centre, Bhutan. The three institutions previously convened the first Global Wellbeing and GNH2 Lab (Lab 1.0), which began in January 2013 and continues until early 2015. The second Lab (Lab 2.0) is due to start in February 2015 and will leverage the prototypes (pilot projects), experiences, and networks developed during the first Lab. It will focus on issues related to wellbeing and innovating ‘Beyond GDP3 ’, and will facilitate peer-to-peer exchange between participants from both generations of Labs.
